Help
Create an account, complete your profile and choose the products, industries, countries and business interests you are looking for. Then register for an event from its page.
Use Exhibitors and Products search with filters (category, country, hall, stall, certification…). Save favourites with the star button; they appear in My exhibition plan.
Open an exhibitor profile and request a meeting slot. The exhibitor accepts or declines; accepted meetings get a hall/stall location, you confirm, and they show in your calendar (with ICS download). Overlapping meetings are prevented automatically.
Before the exhibition opens contact sharing, no email, phone or WhatsApp details are exchanged – you can still send contact requests, messages (without contact details) and meeting requests. When the window opens and both sides have consented, accepted contacts and QR scans reveal each other's digital business card.
Registration does not mean you agree to share contact details. Manage consent under Privacy & consent; you can revoke it at any time.
Complete your company profile, add products, brands, categories, business interests and a contact person. Choose per-contact visibility (private / event only / after window / public).
Apply to exhibit from an event page, then submit your profile for review. The organizer approves and publishes it and allocates your hall/stall.
Accept or decline meeting requests; each request and QR scan creates a lead you can track through statuses, priority, notes and follow-up dates.
Your personal QR code is a random secret token (never an ID). You can replace it at any time; the old one stops working immediately.
Leads, follow-up reminders and messaging continue after the exhibition; contact cards marked "after contact window" remain available.
Create the event, set the timezone and the contact-sharing start (and optional end), add halls and stalls, then import or approve exhibitors.
Contact details become visible only at or after "contact sharing start" in the event timezone, and (if set) before "contact sharing end". Changes are audit-logged.
Upload CSV or Excel files for exhibitors, products, stalls, visitors and categories. A preview shows new / updated / unchanged / error counts before you confirm.
All access is enforced server-side. Review moderation events (blocked contact details in messages) and the audit log regularly.
